Good breakfast and cooking facilities to make your own meals if you want to.   Arrival on motorcycles was interesting with no close parking. However we were directed to a secure garage which was not too far to walk to (15-20 minutes). Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and our room was fine with a small balcony. The position was perfect with Plaza Mayor being about 5 minutes walk and brekky was very reasonable. The staff were warm and lovely and the rooms were comfortable. The WiFi didn't work in our room though so we had to sit in the main lounge when using the internet.

  We were in a room for 5 people with a shared bathroom. Everything went very well. Pretty clean room. It was quite cold in the city and had heater in the room. There was a mini-fridge that neither we came to use and a system for listening to ipod. Even the fact that the bathroom is shared not constitute any inconvenience. And for another 5 euros / ... wat mensen zeggen » day we had closed for the car parking. And we had a fantastic view of the Plaza Mayor. Optimal price-quality ratio. We recommend! - Location – nothing can be more central. Good price/quality value. Very friendly staff who's done his best to help and provide with all useful information you may need. Even though the facilities far from luxurious it doesn't make any discomfort either. Besides, what did you expect for this money?

  We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and very clean. Nice views over the rooftops to the skyline spires. Kitchen could be better equipped - there's a stove top but no microwave or oven for heating food. Bed are comfortable and the wifi is very good. Staff are helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay with them. Everything... wat mensen zeggen » you need is at the doorstep of this hotel. - The staff were exceedingly helpful with helping us find parking and our way around the city - with lots of personal recomendations thrown in! We had the 2 bed apartment and it was perfect for a group of friends with a very reasonable price. I also took my Border Collie and again the staff were very helpful with finding local parks etc.
