  I just want to warn you if you decide to book a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife hotel, becauseit might be that they cancel your reservation just before you arrive. I booked a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife on April and got a call from letsbookhotel.com that my reservation was cancelled by the hotel just a few days before the hol... wat mensen zeggen » idays! So we had no choice (all the hotels were already booked at Tenerfie), booked at Udalla Park hotel. Very surprised that this hotel was very goo - - rooms cleaned every day, except weekend - nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others - nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches - location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... wat mensen zeggen » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't.   We have stayed in the apart hotel in the middle of May for a little bit more than a week. The hotel is perfectly located, just a bit outside of the noisy in the evenings bars, very close to the Playa de Las Vistas beach (it took us 7 min to walk to the beach, not hurrying of course), within a short walk to all kinds of bars and restaurants, and ni... wat mensen zeggen » ghtlife, and the supermarket Mercadona is 5 minutes away which is also very convenient. The bus stop is around the corner and can take you to the airp - Very relaxing - staff very helpful. Requested a move after the first night as our balcony overlooked the main road and it was noisy very early. We were moved to another apartment overlooking the pool. Although the apartments are very close to shopping, bars, etc, it is very quiet and peaceful within the complex.

  We just LOVE the place and the staff. We are not interestet in Charter holidays, so we were looking for a very relaxed place - and we got it. Whenever we asked for something, it wasn´t a problem, we just enjoyed the peace and the beautiful surroundings - Great hotel, friendly staff, hidden away in the middle of a banana plantation.
