  Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway. The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view. The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked. BTW, the price is also attractive and it counted for our decision to stay at Bellavista Mi - Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

  The area is very central and safe. The walks along the beach are good with plenty of bars and restaurants that give good value. The public transport is excellent. I must compliment Diego in the reception of the hotel who was very helpful in relocating us to a better apartment. - The size of the apartment was good. The location was good.   Good and pacefull location, close to beach and city centre, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, very good housekeeping staff, in general recomended :) - Cleanliness was excellent, and staff was most friendly.

  It was a pleasure to find that our apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we could wish for - including a washing machine! The staff were really nice and helpful, and the complex was safe, clean and very pleasant. We would definitely recommend this complex.   The best was the garden with a pool, it was really really beautiful and very well cared. With palm trees, like in paradise. Very quiet too most of the time.
