  Heel mooi hotel je verwacht zoiets niet in Tenerife , heel vriendelijk personeel . Lekker eten. Persoonlijke bediening , gn massa- hotel . - The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices The hotel is very clean. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. The entertainment program was excellent with a different show every night, daily activities, and mini-disco for kids most nights which our son loved.   Alles was fantastisch. Ontbijtbuffet, ligstoelen aan het zwembad. Twee keer per dag wordt je bed verschoont. je voelt je helemaal thuis.   Good price vs. quality ratio. Very good positioning: a stone’s throw away from restaurants & terraces + beach across the pedestrian path next to the hotel. The room was ok, clean, „up to date” furniture. Good breakfast. Bottom line, we recommend it and it is to be taken into account for a future trip to Tenerife. The wi-fi is available in the ... wat mensen zeggen » lobby and on the beach next to the hotel (not the most important thing on a beach, but sometimes can be a + ;) ). - the previous reviews i have read mention the hotel is very dated i can say the the hotel is quite the opposite. the hotel was very clean and the up keep of the hotel was very good. Around the pool area was always spotless plenty of sunbeds never had to get up early and make a made rush for them. The restaurant always had a good choice, only problem was if you turn t up at the wrong time sometimes the food was cold but overall had a pleasant holiday.

  We had a fantastic stay here. The best feature was the amazing buffet meals in the hotel, offering a huge variety of delicious foods which varied each day. The staff were really friendly, especially the chefs. On check in, we were greeted with a glass of champagne each, and at breakfast on the Sunday there was unlimited free champagne too. We stay... wat mensen zeggen » ed the first 3 nights in a standard room, which was rather nice, then the last two nights in the junior suite, which was simply amazing. It had a huge - Restaurant staff and food was excellent - quality and variety. Sun beds couldn't be reserved before 9am. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff were friendly and always had a smile for you. Pool was clean and a good size. Easy to walk to the lovely beach at Los Christianos or to some nice bars for a drink.

  We only needed a room for a couple of nights near to the airport after our holiday and this place was perfect - we could watch the planes taking off and landing from our balcony which also overlooked the golf course. It may sound like this could be very noisy but we didn't find it intrusive & it was something to watch while we had our breakfa... wat mensen zeggen » st! . The apartment facilities were good and the very large double bed was wonderfully comfortable. We weren't there long enough to enjoy the many - Everything was clean, staff were very friendly and the apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything you could need-a true home from home. The maids were constantly cleaning, changing beds and towels, all communal areas were immaculate and the resort was very peaceful. In in all Tenerife Country club is amazing.
