  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. It is very traditional, aristocratic classic hotel, with classic light interior at the same time with all the modern - The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

  The spacious, comfortable apartment was one of the highlights of an excellent trip to Barcelona. It was located just five minutes from the Diagonal metro in a lovely neighborhood.   De start met een flesje cava wat we mochten ontvangen bij de incheck was het begin van een heerlijk weekend.Het appartement was een geweldige toevoeging op onze stedentrip en zijn er erg enthousiast over. Genoeg ruimte en alle luxe in huis en dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden.het was top!!! - De inrichting van het appartement was prima.   ** i was looking for a calm and quiet vacation, and lur hostel was the place for it -- loved the classic l'eixample apartment and loved the couch with the view of the block courtyard ** the location was perfect, close to the modernist attractions in barcelona ** it was really really clean, even cleaner than my own house :D ** the staff (david, ... wat mensen zeggen » maria, jaime, linda) were really friendly and helpful - we got lots of clothes to wash but had no time as I and my bf were busy to sight seeing all around in Barcelona but they did it instead of us and brought it into our room even twice. their English wasn't so fluent but didn't matter. just there is one thing to know that it's 10euro to use washing machine though the service was satisfied than my thought. just be sure about it.

  Alles is goed in dit hotel, van de ontvangst tot de check-out! In eerste instantie zouden we in GM appartments verblijven maar daar zijn we gillend weggehold. Gelukkig boden ze hier een 2 pers. kamer aan waar een extra bed in geplaatst kon worden zodat we toch met z'n 3 op de kamer logeerden. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
