  The staff is very nice, smiling and available to solve any situation to make you feel comfortable, The rooms as well as the kitchen and the other common spaces are clean and you can feel chez toi. The location is perfect, centric and very close to Porta del Sol (subway and train) so I could walk easily with my 30kg of backpack! Very strong wi-fi signal in our room, even downloaded a film in 30 min :) During the night it was very silent and the location was perfect for getting to know the city. Close to almost everything. It is modern, immaculate both in terms of design and cleanliness and is customer friendly at every stage; always eager to please.
