  It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why? 1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms. 2. Friendly and very helpful stuff. They will help you to organize the stay better... wat mensen zeggen » than in tourist office. 3. Location. Close to everything most important. I never took a metro. From r/w st. Attocha - on foot, to bus station to air - Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent. Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power. The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor

  Very nice, modern hotel. The room was very spacious. Toilet was big: there's separate toilet and a nice shower. Next to it is a little cloakroom. All these partitioned next to the bedroom. The owner Paul who is at the reception during the day is very friendly and ready to give visiting information. Location of hotel is very convenient - It was a pleasant surprise to stay at an art showcase hotel: what an inspiration. When we arrived they were displaying beautiful photographs from an artist, on the following week they displayed paintings from a renowned andalusian painter. The room is artfully decorated with the most functional bathroom for travelers. Another surprise was the very clever and beautiful way the television is hidden.   In early Aug 2013, it was very hot in Madrid. I arrived to find there was no aircon in any room due to a generator failure. Too tired to relocate I stayed anyway. It was a very hot and uncomfortable night. The following day, management were quick to apologize, gave the first night free and upgraded my status to include b'fast for all 3 mornings of... wat mensen zeggen » my stay. Bravo! If this is an indication of Eurostar policy, I am impressed. - Hotel is renovated and is very trendy, our room was good and clean. Cleaning was done well. We had no problems at all. We didn't take breakfast so cannot comment on it. It is well situated, with a tube stop just 3 minutes walk from the door. All major tourists sites are withing walking distance, Plaza del Sol only 5-7 mins away (Prado musem is about 15-20 minutes, so as Plaza Espania).

Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid!
