  We liked many, many things about these apartments. We stayed here for three nights prior to beginning a two week tour of Spain, so it was wonderful to be able to start our tour out with all clean clothes (due to nice washer/dryer). Otherwise it is the location on the southern edge of a neighborhood in which the locals of madrid come to have afternoon/evening drinks in the many squares and dine in the many inexpensive yet really good restaurants. Rooms have very individual styles and furnishing so it is not a standardized experience (this is good and bad). Overall, I had a very nice stay.
