  De eigenares van het hotel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam; perfecte gastvrouw. Spreekt alleen Spaans, maar met een beetje handen-en-voeten-werk is er goed uit te komen. De locatie is perfect voor praktisch alle leuke barrio's / stadswijken (centro, la latina, chueca, salamanca etc.). Er is een computer met gratis internet. - Het is een aanrader!... wat mensen zeggen » De eigenaresse spreekt geen woord engels, maar met handen en voeten heeft ze ons alles tot in de puntjes uitgelegt.   Location was great - just around the corner from Opera Metro station. Very, very clean and beds comfortable. We had a room at the back to no traffic noise at all. Staff friendly but only Spanish spoken. Felt very safe and secure so great for single travellers. Had breakfast at the vienna which was great (they have great sandwich selectio... wat mensen zeggen » n too) and on our travels had a great lunch at La Taperia which is opposite the Botanic Gardens. - Friendly reception just no english so a translation app will come in handy. Right in the middle off the city centre. A lot of sightseeing can be done on foot.

  gezellig en mooi, proper hotel - Zeer aardig personeel, ging direct aan de slag om de reservering aan te passen toen er iets niet helemaal klopte. Kamer werd direct met spoed schoongemaakt. En werd ook zeer goed schoongehouden. Erg nette kamer, gezellig en met goede bedden. Zeer centrale ligging in het centrum van Madrid!

  The hotel is very centrally located on Calle Cava Baja, a street lined with good tapas restaurants and bars. It's easily accessible to the metro and attractions. The hotel itself is very modern and the downstairs restaurant and bar was always filled with people. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. We were 4 women traveling together and we ... wat mensen zeggen » very much appreciated the powerful hair dryer, lacking in all of the other hotels we stayed in. The shower was really great too. The staff was friendl - The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!
