Staff friendly but only Spanish spoken. Felt very safe and secure so great for single travellers. Right in the middle off the city centre. A lot of sightseeing can be done on foot.

  I liked the location of the hotel as it was in the middle of Gran Via, opposite Callao Metro and approx. 3 minutes stroll from Gran Via Metro. Both lines were what I needed access to for each trip I went on. The room was very clean and the staff changed towels daily which was nice. - Excellent location - right in the heart of Madrid.
