  I really enjoyed my stay here at Residencia Lourdes. The women who runs this hostel is very nice and is more than willing to give you advice on where to go and places to have fun. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cleaning and comfortable beds!

  Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de locatie van het hotel was perfect, direct naast een metrostation en midden in het oude centrum en dicht bij de Gran Via. Vooral de prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding was super. - Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Ligging was perfect en ook de prijs zeer netjes.

  It was unbelievable service, the stuff can solve absolutely any question, they are very attentive and charming. Really the best hotel I ever been! - Great service, Extremely helpful staff. You have all you need to relax and feel comfortable. Silence in the room. Impressive design.

  Although the hostel have simple furniture and no breakfast, we still feel comfortable to stay in this hostel since good values of the price. The location is right in the city center, and it has lots of restaurants, stores and attractions. All the distances you can reach just by walking. He speaks English with a Spanish accent, a little bit diffic - I've stayed at many hostels all around Spain by now, about 4 of them in Madrid alone, and this was by far one of THE best service we've ever had. Super clean. The price for the location is unbeatable. The Wifi was great. Outstanding service by attendant who assisted us. At one point I forgot my cell phone on the couch in the little lobby and he picked it up and left in our room with a note. How he knew it was ours, no idea. (Maybe process of elimination.) But so glad he did! Will definitely go

  Fantastic location (you can walk everywhere from there), perfect facilities and lots of kitchen utensils, excellent and efficient staff, easy check in/check out process, extremely clean, amazing terrace, no noise and black out blinds for great sleep. Comfy sofas and two TVs. Brand new lift to 7th floor. Absolutely perfect would definitely stay her... wat mensen zeggen » e again! - Central location, didn't use the metro at all in 5 days. On the 7th floor (with a lift) so although in the middle of everything it was very quiet. If you didn't close the blinds you can see the sky whilst lying in bed, nice.Fully equiped kitchen.   I loved this apartment. I would have no hesitation recommending it to other people visiting Madrid. The view is amazing, location is perfect, facilities are superb, WIFI is reliable and super fast!   We loved the cleanliness of the Hostal. We also enjoyed the excellent location and walking distance to historical sites and museums. Our host, Luisa was excellent, helpful and very friendly. She was there to greet us and allowed us to come back for an extra day after our train to Paris was cancelled. Her brother was also very helpful and friendly.... wat mensen zeggen » We would come back to the same Hostal without hesitation next time we visit Madrid. - Loved the location, Hostal Mayor was close to major attractions such as Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. It was also very near the underground. Shower had great pressure and the rooms were very clean. In addition to this the view from the balcony was also great. Over all a nice comfortable place to stay, we enjoyed it and would recommend to others
