The Madrid hadn't been that lovely without staying in this hostel!! Hostel has several floors and elevator, so I didn't carry my heavy bag))) Everything was very clean, breakfast was good and atmosphere very friendly! Boys at the reception were very nice and helpful, smiling all the time :))

  1. Customer Care - our Manager Manuel is super customer oriented person. He organized our meeting and helped us to get apartments. When we came from airport he met us with plate of hamon and beer and tell us: Now it's your new home. He provided us with all information we needed + plus a lot of maps and travelling prospects, explained us how to get... wat mensen zeggen » the most interesting sightseeing. The refrigerator was full of natural water. 2. In spite of apartments have limited are they are organized optimal: - The owners were very friendly and helpful. The apartment in itself was homey. Overall, the accommodation proved very suitable for our needs as a group of friends travelling together (e.g., the kitchen was well equipped, bed linen and towels were provided).
