  Pension is situated in a good place, close to the city centre and close to metro station. The man who worked at the reception (Hose) was wery nice, serviceable and kind. He was always ready to help us find whatever we were looking for in Madrid. Our room was seamlessly clean with clean towels every morning. In the cheack out day Hose saved our laguage untill the moment we went to the airport and we thank him a lot :) - - excellent location exactly in the center of Madrid - very friendly staff and also very helpful - extremely affordable prices - shops and minimarkets right near and across the pension - clean rooms, spacious and comfortable - the rooms that go into the interior court are very quiet, the ones that go in the street can be a bit noisy during the night

  The location was very good for us. Lovely staff member worked so hard to make our stay comfortable. Loved the view from our room. We had everything we needed for our stay.

  Location was excellent, a very very short walk from the Puerta del Sol. Very very very good value for the price. Place was clean, and everything worked fine. Staff was very hospitable. Honestly I've stayed at better places, but I certainly enjoyed my stay, and have no real complaints. Would certainly stay here again. - We LOVED it here!   Although the hostel have simple furniture and no breakfast, we still feel comfortable to stay in this hostel since good values of the price. The location is right in the city center, and it has lots of restaurants, stores and attractions. All the distances you can reach just by walking. We save lots of money on tickets since the transportation is ... wat mensen zeggen » much expensive in Madrid. Also, the worker (or maybe manger) is super funny and friendly. He speaks English with a Spanish accent, a little bit diffic - I've stayed at many hostels all around Spain by now, about 4 of them in Madrid alone, and this was by far one of THE best service we've ever had. Super clean. The price for the location is unbeatable. The Wifi was great. Outstanding service by attendant who assisted us. At one point I forgot my cell phone on the couch in the little lobby and he picked it up and left in our room with a note. How he knew it was ours, no idea. (Maybe process of elimination.) But so glad he did! Will definitely go
