  Staff, Location and Cleanliness. Location was just the best in Madrid I believe. It is not in the midle of the touristic spot so you dont see 40+ years old tourists waddling around in their "comfortable" attire when you go outside of you hotel, instead, you are in the middle of the trendiest area. You can take express bus from the airport (24h) for only 5EUR and get off in Plaza Cibeles which is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Y - We had a wonderful time in this beautifully designed and extremely well located hotel. Staff were very friendly, elegant and welcoming. Attention to detail is for sure one of the key principles of this hotel, starting with the welcome (someone opening the door for you, we got offered as well a glass of Champagne to welcome us, water was provided for free in the room, ...).   the hostel is very pretty and the staff is so kind! Rooms and common space are always clean and orderly. You can cooking in the kitchen and every morning there's breakfast until 10. They borrow you hairdryer if you need (for free). They provide you bed sheets and a locker with your key to keep your staff in the shared bedroom. There's free wifi and if - i was delighted by the service and the possibilities they provide for tiny money. you receive a key for a locker in your room and blankets for your bed. the kitchen offers you a nice breakfast, as well as the possibility to cook your own meal and store your foodstuff in the fridge. the accomodation was neat and tidy all the time. the hostal is open 24 hours what goes along quite well with the handsome Chueca quarter and nearby city center. the guys at the desk are very friendly and eager to hel

  Staff was helpful, smiley and made you feel welcome. The place was very clean and tidy all over and the decor was quite decent with nice design touches that made it feel fresh, simple and modern. My single room was just right and the shower room was nice and everything worked as it should. There was a flatscreen and ac and plenty of space to ve around. As said in previous comments, there is quite a bit of sound from the street at night, but the double glazing helps reduce it to a muffle. Friendly staff and good location
