  Really nice hotel. Location is exactly what is mentioned in all other reviews. The girls from reception - Maria and Elena -were very hospitable and friendly and both deserve a certain salary increase. Rooms are not much specious but always clean and tidy. The hotel itself is renewed build recently and you can see it at once.   I really loved the location of the hostel! It's super central, easy to walk to anywhere in the city, and there are always people out and about, so it feels quite safe. The staff was really helpful, including carrying my heavy bags up and down the stairs and helping me to arrange for a taxi to the airport at the end of my stay. The room is tiny, bu... wat mensen zeggen » t very clean and well-appointed, the bathroom is clean and a decent size and it's really lovely to have a balcony to look out over pretty Madrid stree - Lovely room with gorgeous little terrace, perfect for enjoying an afternoon glass of rosado! Close to metro station, but you don't necessarily need to use it as everything in the Madrid centre is within a 20min walk. Super friendly staff. Little taverna a few doors down serving excellent tapas, great beers and wine. Lidl supermarket a 2min walk away.

  it was a very nice surprise my visit to this hotel. i couldnt expect to be so good for such a low cost hotel. very clean, enough space in the room. i definetely recommend it as a value for money hotel. the location was 5 minutes walk from puerta de sol the most central point of Madrid. - The room was nice and worm.   Value for money; the room we had was very small but we spent most of our time discovering the city so that was enough for us. It is the very centre of Madrid, Metro stations & bus stops are nearby.   Everything! The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Ioana:) She hepled me a lot. I even got a gift from the hotel! So sweet! The hotel is located in the heart of city center, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bus stops etc. Rooms are not big but very comfortable, I got a balcony with my room. I had a really great time in Madrid. - It was an amazing hostel. The centric location, it is connected to all public transportations. The best thing is all the beautiful spots can be visited by walking. All my basic needs were catered. The room is clean with comfortable bed. The staffs are willing to extend there help. I really appreciate the kindness and the excellent service you have extended guys! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family member. Hope to see you next year!
