  Very good information about the apartement and good service of the staff. Staff on site does not speak english but reception that was called on the phone does speak english. Very quiet studio in the back courtyard. Shopping groveries, banking etc. directly in front the studio. Free service to leave baggage with reception at Plaza Mayor was offered... wat mensen zeggen » , however we did not use it because at Atocha train station you can leave luggage for a small charge, it is more close. - Good location, 2 main to metro, 5 main to Atocha and 15 main to Prado.   Pension is situated in a good place, close to the city centre and close to metro station. The man who worked at the reception (Hose) was wery nice, serviceable and kind. He was always ready to help us find whatever we were looking for in Madrid. Our room was seamlessly clean with clean towels every morning. In the cheack out day Hose saved our laguage untill the moment we went to the airport and we thank him a lot :) - - excellent location exactly in the center of Madrid - very friendly staff and also very helpful - extremely affordable prices - shops and minimarkets right near and across the pension - clean rooms, spacious and comfortable - the rooms that go into the interior court are very quiet, the ones that go in the street can be a bit noisy during the night

  The personnel was very friendly, I was very sick during my stay and they took care of me, were speaking english and french very well. I will go back there with no doubt! The location is great, so close to metro and to la latina, plaza del sol, small fresh market... I stayed there 5 nights by myself and have nothing to complain about.
