Perfect location. Literally minutes from everything! Staff was amazing. Hostal even allowed visitors to visit my room even at 3 am. I extended my trip twice and the staff was very accommodating.

We liked the fact that we felt independent - that we could do our own thing and not be restricted by meal times etc. The Plaza Basilica was booked to allow us to get to the Bernabeu and in to the city centre and in this respect it proved an admirable choice. We would undoubtedly choose it again for a similsr trip.

Het hotelpersoneel was erg toegankelijk en aardig. Ze hadden een goede beheersing van het Engels. Ik heb wel eens een half uur gekletst met die mensen. Ze waren ook erg meedenkend en hebben verschillende aanraders gedaan. Verder hadden ze ook een prima eerste ontbijtje, wat erg goedkoop was. De handdoeken werden ook iedere dag met de bedden verscho

hotel. The location is very near gran via street. So for you who like to
shop this is the perfect hotel. Another plus of the hotel is the
location very near metro station (forgot the name of the station) just 2

It is on 8th floor of busiest st in the city, Gran Via. But is close to
Metro and lots of eating places. The staff we're good, the lady sold
us tix to tourist bus at seniors rates. Room was very small but
comfortable. No ac but they gave us a fan. You could open french doors
to street but very noisy, even at 2:00am
