  Zeer leuk en netjes ingericht vriendelijk personeel - The Ciutat Vella was perfect, The staff were friendly and very helpful, i especially like the fact that they have a fridge full of bottled water in reception and you can just help yourself, There is free internet and you can print off anything you require free of charge.
