Just opposite of the Estacio de Franca train station wich you get train to Airport (need to transfer ) Very closer to Barcelona zoo(1 minute), Parc de Ciutadella(1 minute), La Rambla (5... wat mensen zeggen » minutes) and Barcelona beach (5 minutes) by walking. - Location was very good for visiting the Old Gothic neighborhood, La Rambla, and Barcelonetta, and only a 5 minute walk to Metro stop to access farther sights. The room was small (typical for Spain), but with a high ceiling it didn't feel too claustrophobic. Good value with all the basics, plus a few extra amenities, like balcony and hair dryer. A/c worked well, which was crucial in mid-July.

Had very close access to everything we wanted to do and see. You could have an inexpensive quick meal or sit down for a more elegant dining experience and all within a two minute walk. The staff was wonderfully helpful and competent. Santiago was a tremendous help to me when I was have some trouble with my airline. Everything is easily within walking distance. All in all it was a great location. We did have a room that did not face the street so we slept comfortably
