  Excellent location, very spacious with a lovely view. The rooms both had en suite bathrooms, plus a guest toilet. There is a lovely verandah with a seaview, and a well equipped kitchen.

The house was lovely and the garden was beautiful with two swimming pools and lots of nooks and crannies to sit in peace. Our room was huge with a spacious bathroom and a great four poster bed you had to climb up into. Wolfgang did the best breakfasts we had in South Africa - not only was the food very tasty but it was all beautifully presented. The two dogs were very friendly and Christina and Wolfgang were the perfect hosts.

  Staying at The Last Word, Kommetjie was a wonderful experience. I was made to feel special from the moment I walked in. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated and the staff were friendly, caring and went out of their way to make my stay memorable.   The hotel is situated near the vineyards and opens into a beautiful courtyard. Breakfast which was made to order and well done was served on the terrace overlooking the vineyards. We took a nice walk to another part of the estate and did a wine tasting of the different wines that are produced on the estate. Included breakfast was out of this world. The morning views when the sun goes up shining on to the estate are priceless.

Only 5 minutes from the beach and close to table mountain. Welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. Superb attention to detail through- out - from the little kitchenette upstairs where you could make yourse - Excellent location in camps bay. Staff gave suggestions of places to eat/visit and location was safe to walk about nearby.
