  I did like the warming reception. Mrs. joy is so attentive and welcoming. Not much of questions, no money enquiries, just the basic and in 5 min we were at our room. The brackfast is wanderful and delicious. I will be back soon. Wanderful surrouding of sea view and what to say about the sunset view from your bed. Really 5 stars

  It's location peaceful and convenient. Beautiful room ,comfortable bed,nothing left to chance by Sally and her team. One to return to no question ,one of the best guest houses I have stayed in. - Well situated to all attractions and the city. Beautiful and peaceful setting with private facilities. Wonderful staff.

  Warm and friendly welcome from Sally and Mike, with attentive staff and friendly dogs. All this made me feel at home immediately. High quality linens and pillows made by stay extremely comfortable, as did the oversized bath and generous bathroom. Generous breakfast hours (till 10am) were appreciated, as was the delicious home-cooked breakfast whic... wat mensen zeggen » h accommodated my needs perfectly. The location in Upper Constantia close to the m3 and some prestige Constantia wineries allows one to feel in the co - Both Sally and Mike ran the B&B perfectly not too intrusive but always there if needed. The location was perfect and there was a relaxed atmosphere throughout. The room was spotless and for us it all added up to a dream time. We very much hope to return.

  Everything!!! I've never been in a place like this before (and I've already travelled quite a lot)! A wonderful view, a charming room, the flowers all over the place and an unbelievably great breakfast! But most of all it's the warm and kind atmosphere your hosts - Gill, Desiree, Ron and not to forget Rosie, the sweetest dog you just can imagine -... wat mensen zeggen » bring into their home!! If I should ever go back to the Cape, I would never ever stay in another guesthouse! Thank you so much!!! - Wonderful Guesthouse run by an amazing family. We loved all the effort that was put into making us feel at home, especially loved all the elaborate homemade treats for breakfast. Very lucky to have found this place!!

  We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed very much. The rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily. Coffee and tea making possibility inside the room. Common minibar for the hotel with very acceptable prices. Location of the hotel is just outside the V&A Waterfront (15 minutes walk) in a very safe area. Also, it is within a walking distance from ... wat mensen zeggen » the city center. The owners and the whole staff were very helpful when giving advices and helping with taxi reservations. Definitely, a place to stay - I liked the location, the breakfast was delicius, the staff is very friendly and helpfull, the room is big and very clean. Everything was great!! I just recomend it!!!

  We had the most incredible stay. My partner and I got engaged on this trip and Suretha, the host, made it a comfortable and beautiful stay. Good food, great scenery and a comfortable atmosphere.
