  We loved the friendly staff, the decor and environment, the sight and sound of the birds and nature all around us. It was blissfully quiet and restful and naturally beautiful. We especially enjoyed the lady who played the piano and the food was excellent! A real novelty for us was a little gecko or frog at our door when we'd come back from dinner.... wat mensen zeggen » - The setting is absolutely faboulous and the main hotel building is beautiful old world.   We had a fantastic stay at this new modern development. The apartments are spacious and very clean. Also fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Very friendly and efficient staff, going the extra mile. Just down the road from the HUGE Gateway Mall for shopping and restaurants... On the whole, our stay at the Urban Park Hote... wat mensen zeggen » l and Spa was a very enjoyable one. We would certainly recommend this hotel. - The Urban Park hotel is absolutely stunning. The apartments make the trip much easier when staying as a family. The indoor pool was perfect and the 24 hour gym. Well done also to the designers - very well presented. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will return!!

  We enjoyed our stay immensly. The view is breath taking, the resort caters for all your needs and there is really no need to venture out except if you want too. There is a myriad of activities, catering for all preferences. The staff is helpful and friendly, the catering and variety of options excellent. The rooms we were in were very nice, with u... wat mensen zeggen » p to date decor, underfloor heating all round for the colder days, the pictures does not do it justice.I will return and have already recommended Drak - I enjoyed the massage at cellutology. The breakfast was devine. The staff were excellent- very friendly. The resort facilities are very unique especially the hydro pool which we seen but did not have time to use because of our short stay. But the facilities and the welcome was excellent.

  I loved the friendly and warm welcome of the staff,i loved the fact that it catered for children as well,my partner felt @home when he heard they was gym as he is much a sport person. The food was excellent,wow the place is great, beautiful we absolutely loved it. - the hotel room was very nice and the dining room quite breathtaking but everythin... wat mensen zeggen » g is just a little run down, pot plants not watered, door leading out of the dining room do not close to an air tight fit but perhaps we were there during a lull in maintenance

  For an overnight this was a good choice; our arrival was late afternoon into Durban and we were nervous about driving in the dark. It quickly falls dark around 18.00, apparently year round. Quiet,clean & comfortable with plenty of hot water & good helpful staff. We were told by the security guard that the chef would have cooked for us if we had booked i - The check in was smooth and efficient, and American express is accepted. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice pool.
