  The staff were extremely helpful.In particular a receptionist i believed called magdy who went out of her way to help with with directions around cluj food service and the ironing of my clothes.   As a business woman, I am travelling a lot across many countries, but in this hotel I really felt like being in Paradise! I was amazed by the variety and richness of the breakfast. The SPA Center was also available 24h, and the receptionists were all very polite, professional and friendly. The hotel is very close to the airport (10 mins away) and... wat mensen zeggen » to the city center (10 min) and taxi is available anytime in 2 minutes. Special thanks to the staff! I had a wonderful stay! - I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Paradis, the Hotel was very clean comfortable and the Spa was so relaxing. The staff at this Hotel were second to none, nothing was a chore. The Reception staff were with out doubt the most professional I've ever meet and really went that extra mile for us, so a big thank you to Laura and Miett. I would really recomend this City and Hotel it is well worth a look...

  The room wasn't so big but very clean and silent. Staff was very friendly. The view from the room (heroes cemetery) didn't bother us at all, they were all very silent. Excellent cuisine, Florin is the best waiter I ever seen. - Excelent personell, futuristic design ( this hotel defenetly deserves 4 stars not 3), a big variaty of fresh food at bre... wat mensen zeggen » akfast.   Everything was perfect: huge apatement with bubble bath, air conditioning, private parking place, various breakfast. Wow, really wow. - The room looked good and it was clean. The reception staff was helpful and friendly.
