  It had an excellent, friendly staff, who were always very helpful. It was well-located, and within a few minutes walk of the main square, yet situated on a quiet street. Extra points for the excellent air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the extreme heat and humidity in Krakow this August. WiFi worked well. - The hotel is steps away from the center. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful.. will definately stay at the hotel again when I go back next year!

  I stayed for one week at the Abra apartment, they picked me up from the airport for a very good price compared to other taxi services.. Apartment itself looked very clean, modern and conveniently..It's got really everything you need. I can highly recommend this apartment to everybody. - 1 room apartment with separate shower and toilet. Large kitchen area and living / sleeping area. WiFi provided along with tv and dvd player. Very friendly owner with basic essentials already in apartment (coffee, sugar, toiletries etc). 10 minutes walk from the Main square / Old Town. 10 min taxi ride (£3) from bus and train stations. Excellent value.

The breakfast is very, very tasty and has large amount of different dishes. There is a hairdressing salon right in the hotel.

  The apartments were perfectly located with only a 10 minute walk into the Old Town of Krakow. The design and facilities of the apartment were fantastic and suited a City Trip. If you are in Krakow and are looking for a spacious, well-equipped and clean self-catering apartment near the castle and Krakow historic center (15-20 min walk) – this should be your first hand choice!   Just wonderful! Cozy design, feels like home. It is located in the center of Krakow but the windows look out on the courtyard so was very quite. Except some noises on a lower floor (from restaurant). TV, WI-FI +Very comfortable bed. P.S. The cutest thing in the apartments - "magic - Our apartment was perfect, had everything we needed as we have been backpacking through Europe for a few months and needed a kitchen as we wanted to cook some food for a change, it was spacious, bed was comfy bathroom was great, Loved everything about it. 10 minute walk from the station, Apartment is right in the centre great value for money.

  Staff was very friendly. The cafe downstairs was a nice place to sit and have a drink. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, they do not clean and change linen or towels during your stay (we stayed 4 nights), but this was O.K. with us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Krakow! - It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure.
