  It was in the area that we needed. Clean and comfortable, right next to police station :) so we felt very safe :d Pet friendly and a lot of green area around the hotel. - Friendly staff, decent facilities, nice food, cleanliness was perfect, well furnished, friendly atmosphere and all for an unbelievably low price.

  As one of the memeber sof the party was an elderly person, and needed to rest, it was very useful to have the space the apartment gave us without feeling claustrophobic about being 'stuck' in a hotel room. It was also good to be so near the centre. The flat was simple but very clean and confortable. It was really close to the market square and a walking distance from everywhere. I would recommend it to anyone. Its a great deal at about 34euro per night, at first the location looked a little scary but it was not at all, it was an amazing stay for an amazing price.

  Great customer service and understanding. We called up on the evening of arrival, saying that we cannot arrive tonight, as due to unforeseen circumstances our car broke 200km from Krakow. We asked if we could cancel the reservation, even though the cancellation deadline is 24h upfront. Friendly staff was super understanding, and despite letsbookho... wat mensen zeggen » tel.com limitations in cancellation - he managed to reject and cancel the booking, so we could avoid unnecessary charges. Super cool and quite unusual - Location was superb, two minutes from the centre square. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful (we had a problem with my brother arriving from a different destination and missing a plane; we also changed appartments as the first one was very noisy with a night club opposite). The flats were very spacious and ideal for small groups of people. Value for money was superb for property right in the centre of the town.

Staffs friendly.High-tech door scanning,great security. - Excellent choice in case of a short and budget trip. Bright appartments, nice staff, breakfast and great location (it takes only 5-10 minutes to get to the city center). Everything is simple, and sometimes less is more. 24 Guesthouse is a nice place to stay for a couple of days if you have no intention to spend a lot of money and don't want to live in a hostel.

  We have stayed in the hotel for 1 night only, needing a good place to sleep somewhere in the centre of town. The parking is on site, which is a big plus when you travel by car - dont have to leave it outside on the street as in many other places in Krakow. Wifi, well equipped gym (didnt use it though :-) ), good breakfast (no eggs or sausages, but... wat mensen zeggen » toasts, fresh coffee, cold meals and big plus for 'drozdzowki' - polish will understand). The most of all, hotel is in great location - just go out a - I absolutely loved this Hotel. As a gym fanatic I was impressed with the facilities 24/7 (and even classes) the staff were incredible, couldn't do enough for you...advice on places to go, booking cabs, and sending my hat back that I left in the room. The room although small was clean, comfortable and modern, the breakfast was basic but I had my own porridge with me anyway and the staff let me use the microwave...thank you Atlantic, I will be back soon!!!!
