Rooms are nice and clean! The terrace on the roof is awesome! The bar at night is really cosy with nice music!

The swimming pool is really pretty and its location very nice but it is small and you hardly find a long chair to relax around it!

Great hotel in the heart of Marrakech. Lovely, helpful staff who always were around to help, give advice, change up currency, arrange taxis and excursions. Hotel interior was modern, clean and tidy. Rooms were spacious and housekeeping kept them spotless for us daily.

location and the rooftop sky bar. friendly helpful staff comfortable large bed

Form over function. Looks good at first glance but not fitted out as well as most other morrocan hotels/riads weve stayed in. Showing signs of wear and tear. Wifi wasnt working properly. The shower was pretty useless as it didnt attach to the wall and water was only lukewarm.

Good location. Clean.

La Brasserie has a terible service, slow and unprepared. Too expensive for the bad food. Unprepared staff. Slow Service. We had to change our bedroom because of a water problems in the bedroom. We booked a massage precisely for two persons at the same time and when we arrived the second massagist have left. The swimming pool is small and there is no sun on it after 12h

Location is good. Hotel modern. Breakfast needs more variety for this price paid.. Orange juices are provided when you start breaky, but have to ask for subsequent...

Card machine to pay for hotel room not working - had to wait and go through several attempts during checkout..

convenient location

Noisy at night. Bad service. The reception person promised to pick my luggage at the airport that delay coming due to transfer and he collected the charge. But he did nothing and many excuses. Finally I had to go to the airport and took the luggage by myself.

Very bad experience ...I ll never reserve in this hotel ... It's all and not hotel 4 * .. I reserve for 3 nights and paid and I stayed only 1 night and left ..!!
