  I loved that I could use all 5 of the Royal Resorts, 2 situated right next door. I loved that the Resort organised Scuba Diving with transport etc... I loved my room with microwave, fridge etc.. I love the convenience store downstairs. i loved the way the maid cleaned my room so perfectly well. I loved my room situated on 9th floor in the quietest part of the hotel, the list is endless - The hotel is very conveniently located right on the beach. It was a few steps walking distance from our room. The place was impeccably maintained. Though a buffet breakfast should have been included.

  I liked everything about the hotel, the building is great, the room is excellent and the view just breathtaking. The staff = very, very friendly, efficient and wellcoming which is just what anyone might need. Julio is a great, great, efficient and friendly waiter, in my opinion he is an asset to the m Group. The chef deserve - Almost everything, the hotel was very nice, the beachfront rooms and seafront rooms definetely worth the extra - the ocean view is breathtaking. The halls are very nice colonial style. Room is quite nice too, but nothing special - as in every good hotel. Breakfast was very good - the wide range of choices, including some japanese and oriental choices, although almost the same every day. The staff was skilled and ready to help.   The rooms are very large, luxurious and clean. The resort has a very nice architecture and size as it is reltively small compared to others. The food in the restaurant is excellent and other faciltities like the laundry and supermarket were very useful. Beach and pool are very nice and very suited for little children. They care about the very details to maintain a perfect and clean hotel. The receptionists speak perfect English and even the cleaning ladies understand the basics.
