  This hotel has the best service I have ever received. The staff, facilities, meals and rooms are spectacular, not to mention the free upgrade to a king suite I received on check in. Wonderful, customer focused staff and a great location made Nizuc amazing for the relaxation I needed at the end of my trip.

  We stayed here only for one night after a trip to Valladolid and Tulum in order to catch a morning flight out of Cancun. The staff was friendly and helpful on arrival. Car parking was included as promised. The room was a bit sterile, but comfortable with nice towels and linens. The credit card charge amount was also within a few dollars of the amo... wat mensen zeggen » unt stated (in dollars) on the reservation. This was not the case in another hotel we stayed. I wouldn't have paid $400, but $203 was reasonable fo - We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and it was wonderful.The staff was friendly and always ready to help.The breakfast is excellent but expensive.So we used cupons that they offered us at the reception and saved some money.They were always very nice to our son.I Strongly recommend the hotel
