We were pleasantly surprised when we got v an upgrade to junior suite and treated to a wonderful dinner for two. ... loved the restaurant as it was in the old wing still with its quaint flooring. Great jazz quartet. But be prepared for rm 55 appetizers and deserts. Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. . Didn't even leave the hotel at all. An excellent hotel that can't do enough for its guests. A free shuttle service to KL sentral and Bukit Bintang. The room was very comfortable and afforded a fantastic view of KL. we paid to go up the local tower but the view from the room was just as good.
alle beoordelingen » Normally stay at Shangri la but was booked out so took a punt on the Majestic.Fantastic,although out of town the free hotel bus leaves every hour.Staff , bathrooms,beds,ect all very good .Staff so attentive.will stay again. The rooms are very very comfortable and the bed is superb. The concierge and front office staff are really helpful especially Fendi. You have practical shuttles to the city or central but you have to ask for more details. The suite was fantastic. the most comfortable bed and pillows to date! Extremely clean and well presented. The whole hotel is gorgeous and afternoon tea delicious. Evening buffet was very good with plenty choice. Newly rebuilt hotel in excellent location within walking distance of Chinatown, National Museum, Central Station, etc. Excellent F&B outlets, light and well equipped bedrooms. Design is awesome, bed was very comfortable. But the swimming pool could be better. Tremendous Staff - This hotel understand and prov ides real service. I loved everything about the room, especially their fluffy pillows. The spacious room and the dining in restaurant Contango. Room, Bathroom, Gum, Swimming pool and Staff. The superb restoration of a KL landmark. Great view, excellent room service. Great location, nice rooms. Luxury room Great service. Top notch luxury ... All is perfect. everything. Only thing was the room service took a long time. Nothing. Room service menu a bit sparce and no real shops around hotel to get some affordable grub and the room service burger was average and normally how I rate a hotel.Ha Ha. Sadly the pool doesnt get that much sun and the are not really keen to advertise about their pretty spa pool. The staff at breakfast is untrained and not friendly, they constantly reminded us about the time of closing and it is not enjoyable. I also spotted some weird haccp practices about dairy product conservation. Breakfast choices a little limited and ordered food took ages to be served. No electric points close to bed to charge mobile devices. Service of staff can be better trained, tone and manner as 5 star... food could also be revised. مكان الفندق مو بشارع العرب وكان ياخذ منك وقت ربع ساعه لين توصل شارع العرب. The Smoke House staff were out of place with the Hotel s provision of service. A bit pricey. Nothing. Room service is terrible. A little pricey. Nil. no shaver and hair dryer.
