The hotel is soo near to KL Sentral. Easy access to LRT, ERL, Monorail and Komuter services. From the hotel you can just walk to the facilities. Food stalls just across the road. Got 7Eleven also nearby. CIM Bank also not far. The best part is next to the hotel there is the self service coin operated laundry concept by Wash & Save Sdn Bhd. The room is ok but the aircond need to service. The staffs were very helpful and everything was perfect...value for money.

This hotel is close to Airport Train. The location is good, near the KLsenter, easy to take subway. Very near rail station. Location. nothing. The view from the window room 210 is not nice at all. Brickfields is not far from other parts of the city, e.g Chinatown, but it's difficult to walk there due to big roads and river. You may wish to use Monorail which is cheap & near to hotel. very small rooms noisy staff not very friendly or helpful. type of rooms available quite limited. No breakfast noisy back lane. noisy backlane. Located in Little India, hence noisy and not always safe during the night time. There were some german cockroaches running around everyday during the week long stay. I told them to spruce up their cleaning and spring clean more regularly, the walls, glass, tables and Bangla staff to be more hospitality oriented. I don't like the room which is very small and bad smell coming from out side while open the window. The air-con not do good , just satisfaction only . because can't adjust the cool it's worm. Rooms getting very worn out now and lack maintenance. The room is small, and fool of smell of cigaratte,it is not good for staying. No towels in the room, shower needed a maintenance man so it ran hot water. Our room overlooked an area of spilt rubbish. I can find hair on the bed. They gave us a room just behind reception, and the recepcionist was very noisy all the night, using the speaker in the phone and watching TV. I asked him to be quiet, but he ignored me. That happen the two night we slept there.
