This hotel is a nice one with very friendly staff. Everything was really good. The location is another excellent point since the main attractions such as the royal museum and temples are along the main drag, which is just around the corner. Near the hotel there are also some travel agencies where it´s possible to book daily trips either to the caves or waterfalls. All in all definitely good value for money.

We were heading to Hanoi after Luang Prabang and he took passport pictures for us/printed them out, since there is no Shop in Luang Prabang who does provide this service. He even was assisting us with cash out money via credit card, which is very unusual for a hotel. Thanks for a pleasant stay. the place was very clean, well situated (but Luang Prabang is quite small one can walk everywhere), the breakfast was simple but adequate the staff do try their best but their English is sometimes poor. I was in zone D the room was clean and comfortable, The reception was friendly, The location was good to night market and Maekong river and locate food. Location close to city shops and river Balcony outside room that was ideal for pre-dinner drinks while watching the sunset. Very good location, central but quiet (apart from the Chinese and Korean guests who shouted in the courtyard from 6am until they left for tours around 7 or 8 am). Very good customer service with friendly and clean environment. Excellent location - near to the night market and other main tourist attractions in town. Location is in a quiet street near the city center. The massages are good in the hotel. Staff friendly and help if asked. Position. Some rooms are very dark. Ran out of food at breakfast - staff slow at restocking Everything we requested for the first few days was pefixed with 'let me check your booking" even though we had our room key with us. Rooms small,dark and damp, with hard beds, mediocre breakfast (often totally depleted by other guests) no shower curtain. Nothing. Room very small and wifi available outside in pateo. The room - we had to have replacement sheets on arrival as they were dirty. We had to ask for a kettle as it was missing and there were no hand towels. We couldn't open the windows either as they faced onto a walkway. The only light we could get was by opening the door. Little bit like a furnished garage. The breakfast was only average. They exterior public area floor tiles could have done with a wash down. It wasn't a particularly friendly place and we thought it over priced.
