the staff was friendly and helpfull, when we needed to go to town the shuttle was always ready for us, we could also take bikes and would be in the market in 5 min. The pool was fantastic and the breakfast very good too, with home made yogurt and jams. We were spending some days of our honeymoon here and I'd definitely come back if I marry again :

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very sweet and professional. I was greeted with a welcome drink and a delicious cut up mango, both creatively displayed. The layout of the grounds is well engineered with a terrace for breakfast/ hanging out that overlooks the pool and the gardens. A nice stroll through the hotel gardens takes you to the bank

We loved the location. It was very peaceful nestled in off one of the local streets on the oposite side of the river from the town. It was an easy walk into town across the bamboo bridge and equally fun to ride around on the hotel bikes. The shuttle service was well run ie airport pick ups and drop offs and regular service into town and back to the hotel in the evening.
There was a strong committment to the local community - Paper made at nearby paper making artisan and the use of natural wood

Spent 2nights at this lovely hotel which was run by the friendly, warm-hearted Mother (Deang) and her son (Paul). We booked their Deluxe Double (room 324 & 327) which came with a nice double bed, jacuzzi, free Wifi (avaiable inside room and dining area only) a LCD tv with warm homely decorations. - The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Upon checking in, Paul (son of Deang, who manages the place and talks to guests) gave us a quick briefing on Luang Prabang, where we are, what places we can go to, and other recommendations which they helped us arrange.
- Always checks if everything is complete to ensure that we had an excellent stay.
- The staff (cook, shuttle operator, servers) and are very polite and treated us very well, which made us feel at home.

The manager Rudy and his wife Marian were always there and very helpful. The lobby of the hotel opens onto a beautiful pond of white and pink lillies and our room was first class. The staff is very good and attentive. Also, the hotel loaned us bicycles which made our touring around the city of Luang Prabang easy and pleasant. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
