  When I arrived, Hosun (the charming boss) showed me my single room and said, somewhat apologetically, that it was very tiny; I disagree! It's the biggest tiny room I've seen, with plenty of space for me to scatter my stuff around. The bed - -I really liked that the staff were very helpful, friendly and spoke fluent English. Throughout most of our stay there, we interacted with Hosun Ryu, the manager who was really really pleasant to talk to. He provided great advise on where and what to do around Seoul.   I went to Fortune Hostel and stayed in two different locations throughout 2 weeks! It was amazing experience! The owner Jeffery is amazing! He will go extra miles to provide best service, for example, when my boyfriend and I decided to go to Busan for a day, he took our luggage over night and moved it to the next location!! Hongdae location has very relaxing atmosphere where you can engage with all the guests, and go our for drinks with staff&guests - The owner and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They treated as their family and very fluent in english. We didnt find it difficult in terms of conversation. The facilities are alright and very convenient both to bus terminal and subway
