The location was perfect for our research in Insadong. I ordered room
service -
I appreciated the luxury appartment which I already knew, as well as the very central and convenient location. Superb view on the city and/or the mountains and the palaces area.. Upgrading given on the first stay (one bedroom to two bedrooms), which gave us even more free space. The kitchen is well equipped, so it's really possible to cook (especially breakfast, as coffee and pastries are very expensive in the whole area) So with a family, you can save money easily on this post.

The staff were all very friendly and really helpful, anything we asked advice on was exceeded in our expectations. Room was entirely sufficient for our needs and we were really pleased with the small wet room. The room, corridors and breakfast room were really clean and bright. Though the hotel was in 'buzzing' Itaewon and very central for our needs, it was in a quiet area.

Owner of the property is a really gentlemen. He waited for us all the day & when we reached near property he came to receive us on main ittewon road. Gave us his cell phone with sim for local calls. Apartment was nice equipped with all amenities. We were in home away from home.

NANCY and staff is very very helpful. They went all the way to help us arrange our trip to ski resort. Speaks very well mandarin and English. Location is very convenient, just 5 minutes walk to myungdong. Simple breakfast but good enough. Too bad we had to cut short our trip due to situation back home. Will definitely stay again.
