We stayed there last year and the kids wanted to go back again they enjoyed the wii and the communal area to relax in. They also liked making their own breakfast. Good location for shopping and easy to get to from the airport as well as getting round the city by the subway.

  We have stayed there for 7 nights.The location is very good. It is only 5 minutes walk from (KTX)Seoul station, Metro no. 1,4. and HK beloved big Lotte Market. It has 2 24 hours convenience stores and restaurant around the corner. Only 15 min walk to Namtamun. This is a new guest house. Everywhere is very clean. The bed is very good. Even though its breakfast does not have much variance, but they supply hot rice, eggs, brea - Feliz Guesthouse is packed with so many pleasant surprises. I've never been to guesthouse anywhere in the world where an open kitchen with all kinds of food and spices was provided for, and I mean everything you see in the kitchen was available for guests' use, and I was able to cook the most delicious gourmet breakfast at 3pm after a big night out in Itaewon. That's what I would call hospitality, Mr. FeLeeztyle!
