  Location - a short way out of the city centre. The room, bathroom and bed were very good. The eating facilities were very good, but expensive. The breakfast was very good - something for all tastes. There are a pair of large Black Kites (hawk-like birds) soaring around the building all day. There were some good restaurants in the mall next door, including a Hard Rock Caf - Everything about it get facility's right next door to the Baseball Dome near the Hard Rock Café great shops in the foyer area and closed to the shopping mall with over 100 shops all walking distance and all rooms have spectacular views over the bay I can't say enough something like 5 bars 8 restaurants some 30 shops all in the Hilton Hotel bus stops on the ground floor with buses to the city every 15 minutes

  The hotel is good and service is wonderful! The kaiseki dinner was excellent with a good spread of variety. Breakfast was good too though at 3150 is a little pricey. The onsen is good though the outdoors onsen pool is smaller than shown in the picture. - The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and beautiful. We booked a non smoking room. When we arrived in the room it was smelting smoke. We got a new room right away which was a lot better. Although in Japan it seems difficult to get a really non smoking room. Especially in hotels which exist a little longer. However this hotel is perfect base for exploring Kumamoto and surrounding.
