  The staff was really nice. meals are ok, with breakfast in dining room and private dinner in your own room. Location a bit far from JR station but right in the center of shopping street so it's quite convenient once you get there. - Not too far from station and a short walk you could see many shops. Very convinient.

Rooms were spacious, very comfortable, always clean, immaculate, and even had a dresser!. Centrally located in Kumamoto with bus stop, street cars very accessible.   My daughter and I had separate rooms, which suited us to have the extra space and privacy. The room was very comfortable, beautifully clean, and we liked having a fridge and kettle. The laundry facilities and internet were very welcome, too. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.   The hot spring in this hotel is really good and I like it so much. Room is small but still can manage to get in two big luggage comfortably. Room is clean and comfortable. Located in city centre and you can easily to go around by taking the tram. Price is good and you get what you have pay for. Recommend this to anyone go to nagasaki. My wife loves the bed, support pillows and ionizer/humidifier. Great value! They even provide washing machine free for usage together with detergent. Dryer is charged at 100 yen for 20 mins. Dormy Inn is our nos 1 hotel choice in Japan!

  Room was clean and furnishings appear new and modern. Staff was helpful and anticipated our needs, like getting us our room card keys when we returned to the hotel, even before we asked for them.   Very clean, basic hotel. The warm and courteous staff were able to accomodate last-minute changes to the room to allow one more child to stay, even though the website makes it seem very inflexible.
