  The surroundings are really beautiful, especially if you want a taste of the Toscana countryside. It is not far from the center of SIENNA when you have a car.The owner of this family house is a typical italien mom, very tentive and eager to please.   Prima BandB, absoluut tevreden. Naar Italiaanse normen een prima ontbijt en kamers met alle confort. De eigenaars zijn jonge uiterst aangename mensen met een zeer aandvaardbare kennis van Engels.   Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. You are right in the center of the old town and the evening bar next door is good for a nightcap or snack.   It's a brand new place furnished with exceptional taste. Charming old villa with a large beautiful garden at the guest's disposal. Superb breakfast, and great location. The service and the warm, friendly welcome was truely unique! I would not only widely recommend this place to anyone but already planning our return. Rooms were spacious, and shared bathroom was large and modern. Only 3 rooms in the villa means not a lot of people going in and out. Our hostess was very enthusiastic and helpful and served us breakfast in the garden. We loved the location just outside the city walls but only 10 mins. walk.

  The location of this B&B is fantastic, and so are the views from the balcony. The first thing that I noticed as soon as I entered the apartment was its atmosphere and cleanliness. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen, so you can make your meals there if you want. Although at first he did not speak much English, we managed to communica - We loved our stay at the Simonetta B&B. Although a little difficult to locate at first, Simonetta Gianni met us in the square and promptly took our luggage to the top floor of a B&B in the heart of Sienna with wonderful views of rooftops and the tower. The breakfast was simple but was more than enough. The apartment villa that we stayed in could easily fit a family of 5 and has a private bathroom. I highly recommend this B&B. Chris D, CT, USA

  First, I need to explain that this is like a house or apartment with a small living room and kitchen area and then several floors of rooms with shared bathrooms inside of a larger building that houses other residences and some offices, as well. It is not a hotel, per se. Having the shared bathroom was not really a problem...I think there was onl... wat mensen zeggen » y one other room occupied on my floor and so it really was almost as if I had my own bathroom. One could use the kitchen (put items in the refrigerat - A bit of a find, this - right in the centre of Siena, the many stairs lead to a top floor maze of linked apartments managed from the floor below. Astonishing views from both communal areas and some rooms. Kitchen extremely well set up and spacious - could happily cook a family meal here if travelling on a budget. Theres even a freezer. Owners good-natured and helpful eg: allowed us to leave bags there on last day to pick up later.

  We stayed here over Easter 2013 and unconditionally recommend to others. We enjoyed our stay immensely and even enjoyed the walk into Siena which only took about 30 minutes (one way). Our host was very friendly and accommodating, recommending side trips and restaurants for us (see my other reviews if interested), everything recommended met expecta... wat mensen zeggen » tions. He goes out of his way to please and always goes the extra mile putting guests first at all times. He also makes a fantastic Expresso (refill a - The owner of the house is very kind and obliging...waited for us even when we were late on our way, without any problem and even we arrived at midnight, he welcomed us very pleasantly and gave us some good advices about Siena (including free parking). The room was really nice furnished and clean. Excellent breakfast...especially the cakes. The house is on the quiet surburb of Siena, very good position for discovering Siena :) We definitely recomend this place...no doubts!
