De kamers uitermate goed schoongemaakt (2 tot 3 maal per dag!), het hotelpersoneel was zeer vriendelijk and professioneel.   The location was perfect - metres from the main street. Really good breakfast - just ask for eggs, bacon, cheese etc. Roof terrace was great, lots of sun loungers and not too crowded. Pool is not huge but fine to cool off in.and has lovely views. They can organise a cheap trip to a nearby private beach which was definitely worth doing. We got the ... wat mensen zeggen » bus from the airport which solved the parking problem, and was easy to use. Bus station is about 15 mins downhill on the way home though we did get a - The staff where very friendly and always happy to help. We had a very pleasant week. Rooms are small but big enough not to be too cramped if staying longer the a few days. Was excepting a little noise from other reviews but did not experience any inconvenience late at night.

  The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of all the historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola of the church next door. The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint courtyard. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful, and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room (personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy. Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of access to the historical sites.

  The staff were absolutely brilliant they could not do enough for you, the presentation of all food was excellent, the pool area was very good and clean beautiful areas amongst the rocks to sunbathe along with the beach area too so quite a few choices for swimming and sunbathing - Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Besides all the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The bathroom is also new and bog enough.

And a great view of Etna, too!
