  The location was good with only a 5-10 minute walk to Ortigia and all the sights, catacombs etc. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Facilities were excellent, lots of space to hang out and great kitchen to cook in - I liked that they had breakfast included in the price, and how much they offered for breakfast.   If I could give 11 out of 10, I would. This is the cleanest and friendliest hostel I have ever stayed in--and to be honest I've stayed in 3-hotels which weren't as nice (and 4-star hotels where I was unable to sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable!!!). The beds are amazing. The rooms are brand new!! The 8-person bunk rooms have a lovely view ... wat mensen zeggen » of the courtyard. In the evening there was music and people talking until the wee hours of the night. You even get a 2 for 1 drink card so you can soc - This place is magical. The staff are incredible. They took Matteo (my Palermitano cat) into their arms. I met so many wonderful individuals here, I only have Agora' 2 thanks 4 that unique opportunity & already look foward to returning in October. I could go on and on about the city as well. Such acts of kindness I have rarely experienced anywhere else during all my years of travel.
