pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all
the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big
sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The

Our beautiful room had original frescoed ceilings and exposed beams, gorgeous decoration and a huge terrace overlooking the street. The staff are the friendliest people we met in Palermo and the breakfast was outrageously bountiful - more lovely things than you could possibly eat! This is a super place to stay, and easy to walk everywhere. -

Borgo San Rocco is a truly magical place. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and we felt at home instantly. The staff and owners are so friendly, and helpful they make you feel a very welcome guest in their beautiful resort that they love as much as we did. The peace and quiet is amazing and the views are just beautiful. We stayed twice in this lovely and very modern furbished hotel during our Sicily holiday. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable and we felt very welcome from the first second. Our hosts were very friendly and there was always a possibility to have a little conversation to get some tips what to do in Sicily. The breakfast was always lovely arranged and very delicious. Very eclectic and modern design, the room was very comfortable with lots of storage space and high end shower and bath soaps. The location is rural and very peaceful, the grounds are beautiful, the breakfast was a delicious mix of local dishes and fresh fruit. The lady in charge was very graceful and helpful. I would describe the Balarte as the Gugenheim in the middle on the Scicilian countryside !

enough to the nearby beaches and towns to do day (and night) trips. The

peaceful and relaxing that we didn't want to leave. On top of this
