We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM.   We spent two nights in the hotel and we loved it! The staff is super friendly and speak good English. Before leaving they helped us choosing next destinations in Sicily!   We loved it here. The town of Nicolosi is welcoming and friendly, as is the B&B, really a small apartment. Shop at the butcher for some good Scicilan meat and sausages and pick up some fresh vegetables and wine from a barrel, at a friendly vendor and go back to the B&B to cook in the little kitchen.   The place is awesome and the little houses really nice. In the midle of "nowhere" is a fantastic place where to stay and relax. It'a a pity we did not have the chance to stay a bit more time to do a barbeque in that wonderful environment. Breakfast is ok: coffee, milk, pineapple juice (not fresh), a homemade cake and bread. We spent just 1 night and it's a bit far from the way -we were doing a trip around Sicily- (a - Turned out that renting an apartment at Case Don Ignazio in southern Sicily was an excellent idea. Located at the top of the hill, surrounded by lime and orange orchards, and olives groves at the downhills, with spectacular view over Ionian see on the left and baroque beauty Rosolini on the right. Surrounding: God bless the place where every house makes wine....and yes...in the morning fresh lemonade made of lime and herbs from garden next door...and sunset scenery over southern Sicily...Pure b

The only one with a private beach, it was just great to start our trip there. For the boys they even could use a kayak which they enjoyed. Breakfast was amazing when comparing with Italy standards.
