  Wij kwamen in donker aan en vroegen om nog wat te eten. Wij werden door de hoteleigenaar naar een uitstekende pizzeria gebracht. De hele dag door was de ontbijtruimte geopend en mochten wij van de hele keuken gberuik maken en zonder extra kosten onbeperkt sinaasappels uitpersen en koffie en thee pakken. Er was een heel leuk terras met enkele zitjes... wat mensen zeggen » en een paar ligbedden met uitzicht op de Etna. - Het was perfect !!! Hartelijk ontvangst,zeer hulpvaardige eigenaren. De lokatie is werkelijk uitstekend centraal voor de mooiste plekken van Sicilië. Het onbijt was heerlijk , de kamers schoon en huiselijk een aanrader voor iedereen in elk jaargetij

  From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt welcomed and well taken cared of. The staff was really friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. The room and hotel was very clean and had a lovely atmosphere. We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM.   We loved it here. The town of Nicolosi is welcoming and friendly, as is the B&B, really a small apartment. Shop at the butcher for some good Scicilan meat and sausages and pick up some fresh vegetables and wine from a barrel, at a friendly vendor and go back to the B&B to cook in the little kitchen. The house is ancient but well res - What we read in other comments was definitely true. The appartement was excellent and very clean and the hosts Maurizio and Cettina very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really great, 5 jellies, fresh bread and Mortadella/prosciutto juices and Sicilian icecream (Granita)! Nicolosi is a cosy village to stay. Close to Etna and Catania. I was staying there in May 2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of a pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The bathroom is also new and bog enough.

  excellent location, near 2 main squares. at the Duomo square you can find 2 types of touristic buses - the standard citysightseeing and the other one cheaper 5 euro (1hour trip without stop). you also can find all main streets having begin at the square Duomo. the landlord is a very friendly woman, she helped me to book an excursion to Etna (must ... wat mensen zeggen » see! half day was enough for mee; "without jeep" is not very tiring). the breakfast is served in a cafe neighbour to the appartment (croissant\briosh - This BB has a central location [2 min from Piazza Duomo], really close to public transportation [Piazza Alcala] and via Etnea [wich is one of the main streets in Catania]. The BB is clean and comfy. The owners, Giovanni and his mother [who lives next door] are nice people. The palazzo in which the BB is located it's a bit noisy, but this is Sicilly. Overall, I was pleased with the place and I recomend it.

  This was one of the most beautiful apartment I ve ever been to, set in a countryside surrounded by trees, heavenly silence and peace, but still within walking distance to the center and harbor. Well equipped kitchen, modern and absolutely clean room and bathroom as well, romantic terrace...with wifi everywhere.   I loved everything about this hotel. This is the second time we stayed and we were certainly and definitely not disappointed. The hotel itself is absolutely brilliant, the decor stunning and the location perfect. We were made to feel like royalty. This is, in my view, the best place to stay in when in Ragusa Ibla. Breakfast was also top-notc - Very nice place, high level of service, nice and friendly staff, located just a few steps from the square in front of Il Duomo. Close to restaurants, shopping and Culture. Parking free of charge in the street below, worked perfectly with direct access from the hotelelevator. Wifi worked perfectly, fast access. Nice view over the Ragusa valley. I would lika to come back. Can be highly recommended!
