  Zeer fijne en vriendelijke ontvangst. Kregen de suite en dat was werkelijk fantastisch mooi. Alles was daar meer dan in orde, echt de moeite om te verblijven.   The location was perfect - metres from the main street. Really good breakfast - just ask for eggs, bacon, cheese etc. Roof terrace was great, lots of sun loungers and not too crowded. Pool is not huge but fine to cool off in.and has lovely views. They can organise a cheap trip to a nearby private beach which was definitely worth doing. We got the ... wat mensen zeggen » bus from the airport which solved the parking problem, and was easy to use. Bus station is about 15 mins downhill on the way home though we did get a - The staff where very friendly and always happy to help. We had a very pleasant week. Rooms are small but big enough not to be too cramped if staying longer the a few days. Was excepting a little noise from other reviews but did not experience any inconvenience late at night.

  We stayed there for 2 weeks in the middle of june 2013. Excellent location. The beach is just a few steps from the hotel entrance. The beach is very clean, Angelo and his men are there all day,making sure everything is OK. The restaurant is right on the beach. The sea is very clear, great for snorkeling. Most of people - Superb! Splendid! Marvelous! Wonderful! Best-value-for-money hotel I have stayed at in a long-long time. The staff was fantastic: no matter what requests, desires, wishes we had they did everything to help us and were very-very kind. The hotel is in a very good shape, everything is fresh and new, including the furniture. Breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee: never have I had such a good hotel-breakfast-coffee as here.   Very close to both Ortigia Isle, Archaeological sites and shopping zone....Staff very helpful. They gave me many touristic information at the reception and I've helped for everything I needed. I felt to be at home, because of the hotel is small, quiet and confortable. - Very helpful Staff, central location of the hotel. I felt at home.

  Absolutely brilliant place to stay. I could not recommend it more. Carmen and Vincenzo are probably the nicest people you'll ever meet. Vincenzo came to pick us up at the ferry. It's the little things! Rooms are lovely, tv, coffee maker, hair dryer and safe. Lovely views from the hotel. They have a large terrace area for t - It was a familiar and lovely welcome in the residence. The hoteliers, Carmen and Vincenzo, are more than friendly! Vincenzo picked us up from the ferry and Carmen showed us around the residence. It is a wonderful site a few steps away from main street and port with a fantastic sea view. The rooms have a proper size and are modern and clean. The bad is sooo comfortable. We had a perfect one-week stay in “Le Terrazze”, almost felt like home, especially because of the nice (English speaking) hote

  Prima start en eindpunt van mijn vakantie. Helemaal top dit hotel. - Het hotel is voor zijn 3sterren luxueus en proper tot in de kleinste hoekjes. Het ontbijt is ruimschoots voldoende en uitgebreid. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk en spreekt zeer goed Engels en zelfs Frans. Het enige minpunt is, de douchecel is klein voor mij omdat... wat mensen zeggen » ik nogal wat omvang heb. Tijdens mijn 9 dagen verblijft heb ik mij nergens in geergerd. Het is een aanrader.
