  The owners of the hotel were very helpful, and the hotel was exactly what we wanted - beautiful location on the sea front, quiet, easy to park, but close enough for a stroll to a number of good restaurants. Room was clean and comfy, air conditioning quiet and effective, and with a marvellous sea view. Breakfast on the sea terrace was simple but... wat mensen zeggen » very tasty. We would be happy to return there. - it was the best hotel in Sicily I have visit. Owner of the hotel is wery nice man, great thanks for him. the place of the hotel is wery good - near the Taormina and Etna mount. See view is amazing. Dinner was wery delicious. If I will go in Sicily again, this will be my favourite hotel. Thanks for Hami one more time for best immpressions!

I didn't feel scared tho'.   the owner family and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful although i spoke very little italian. two staffs spoke pretty good english. the room not so big, but is cozy, clean, very nicely decorated with a touch of arabian style. - Very nice place in very good location.   This was the best hotel we've stayed in Italy! We've been to Roma, Firenze, Venezia on similar (cheap) hotels and this was by far the best. The outside look isn't great and can be a shock upon arrival, but most of the buildings in Palermo are like that, so don't be put off by your first impression. Once you enter the hotel you will find a very cle... wat mensen zeggen » an and spacious building. The staff was also the nicest we've met in all our travels. We stayed in a spacious room with TV, a mini-fridge, air-conditi - Recently refurbished with modern open public areas on ground floor with small bar area. Very comfortable reasonably sized room in which everything worked very well - efficient AC and excellent hot water pressure although the shower cubicle is one of those very compact jobs. The reception staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and informative and speak good English. The hotel is very centrally located and for the price it would be difficult to find a better hotel in Palermo.

  This hotel was excellent. In particular the staff were superb. The hotel was very clean and well presented. It is in a great city centre location but is also very quiet. It is close to the airport bus stop and the ferry terminal. Do not hesitate to book. - We stayed there only one night.   The staff was wonderful - fun and kind and helpful. We were given fresh squeezed orange juice when we arrived, and even though we were quite late arriving they were helpful with where to park our car and how to get into the main section of Taormina. The location was great - on the edge of town, which meant far enough to be out of the fray, but t... wat mensen zeggen » he town is so small that getting into the main part was an easy walk. We only stayed one night, but I hope to come back someday and stay longer, I en - Very nice hotel with good location: city center 5 min walk; 3 min walk to the cable way or you can go to the beach by walk as well (15 min) experiencing beautiful views of Isola Bella. The stuff was extra friendly, hospitable and informative. Nice, clean room with a balcony with a bit view at the sea, very very tasty breakfast. Free parking nearby. We hope to go back to beautiful Taormina one day and we will definitely chose Natalina again and also recommend it to everybody!

  Hotel Italia took up the whole fourth floor in a classic old building typical of Palermo on one of its main streets, via Roma. It was in a beautiful apartment, high ceilings and dark wooden floors, and quaint furnishing. We had a rather small room but we still found it really nice, with a big window and balcony with quaint, wooden shutters facing ... wat mensen zeggen » via roma, with a stunning view of the central station building and the mountain behind it. We had a shared bathroom which was down a long corridor but - Good value for money, perfect location in the central street and very close to the main train station. Room was small but cosy and clean, breakfast was served in the room that made it also quite comfortable. Very nice and welcoming staff; the man working at reception at night shift(unfortunately I don't know his name) was very helpful and friendly.
