  De eigenaresse van het verbijf is zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht. Toen onze koffers anderhalve dag te laat aankwamen door Alitalia heeft ze ons heel goed gehopen zodat we onze vakantie goed konden starten. Tevens spreekt zij vloeiend engels. De omgeving van het hotel en het hotel zelf is prachtig en je geniet van de privacy. Het strand is zeer ... wat mensen zeggen » dichtbij. Wij gaan zeker weer terug. - Alleen al de ontvangst was hartverwarmend! De kinderen vonden het er heerlijk, ze mochten sinasappels en citroenen plukken! We gaan hopelijk weer terug ooit!

  Nice hotel. We had an amazing view. It's old, it's Italian, don't have the highest expectations. AC didn't get cool in our room, but it's was around 75F so not too bad. Parking is really minimal. I drive and SUV, parked it on the ramp and left the keys. The hotel staff moved around the vehicle and parked it.   The location was perfect - metres from the main street. Really good breakfast - just ask for eggs, bacon, cheese etc. Roof terrace was great, lots of sun loungers and not too crowded. Pool is not huge but fine to cool off in.and has lovely views. They can organise a cheap trip to a nearby private beach which was definitely worth doing. We got the ... wat mensen zeggen » bus from the airport which solved the parking problem, and was easy to use. Bus station is about 15 mins downhill on the way home though we did get a - The staff where very friendly and always happy to help. We had a very pleasant week. Rooms are small but big enough not to be too cramped if staying longer the a few days. Was excepting a little noise from other reviews but did not experience any inconvenience late at night.

  Bijna alles. Hou er wel rekening mee dat het te voet een halfuurtje is naar Ortigia (het oude stadsdeel met gezellige straatjes en restaurants; je kan het zeer moeilijk met de wagen bereiken). Our Double room had striking modern furnishings, a harbour view & wasn’t too noisy – a higher floor would have somewhat reduced the noise but - Great location for Eolian islands cruises. Stayed in triple room (suite) and it was very spacious. Bathroom very nice. We didn't had breakfast included, but we had dinner one evening. The service was very good and the food delicious.

  The Hotel Livingston is on the edge of the island of Ortigia. When you eat in the fourth-floor hotel dining room, the windows on three sides look largely over the Mediterranean, but also over old rooftops. Even in a room on the inland side, my balcony had a thrilling view of the sea. The staff are kind, efficient, and polite. It's an elegant hotel... wat mensen zeggen » . It's easy to walk to anywhere in Ortigia from there. Or just to swim in the sea and sunbathe on the rocks. - We really loved the Hotel Livingston's neighborhood. Walking was a delight, there is a terrific gourmet Locanda nearby. Our room was large with two sets of French doors looking onto the street and to the sea and swimming rock! The bathroom was luxurious - loved the towel bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast was good with an extensive buffet.

  The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of all the historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola of the church next door. The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint courtyard. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful, and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room (personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy. Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of access to the historical sites.
