We liked everything. Comfortable function room - studio, balcony with a
table - for excellent breakfast in the morning=), nice view of the
mountains, a sense of authenticity of a small Italian town. Very
courteous, responsive girl at the reception, which timely sent us the
information on passwords for late check-in. All recommend. -

The hotel was new, fresh and clean. The location was perfect for the old port area in Genua and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical American continental breakfast -- in other words quite boring, but that is the only complaint we have. - Right in de middle of the centre.

My husband and our 3 kids just stayed at the Hotel Ancora Riviera and
had a wonderful time! The staff is great and always available to help
out in any way needed. We especially liked Fausto who always had a
smile on his face and was extremely friendly and very helpful in giving
us sight seeing information and restaurant recommendations. We truly
enjoyed the Sporting Yacht Club located behind the hotel which hotel
guests have access to for free. The pool was amazing and they have a

Lovely people, they try to do their best for your unforgettable holidays. We even've got a bottle of olive oil as a small present at the end of staying here. Room is not big but there are all you need. Beach is nearby and we liked it. You can find some very good restaurants in walking distance. We hope to come back next year!

We, two adults, travelled with two children age 3 and 5. We booked a
room for three people witch actually had four beds all included in the
room price, in others hotel we had to pay extra for the children, so
this was great value. The room was spacious and the bathroom was
functional and big but a bit simple and run down, no toiletries was
given.

The hotel's central location in Genoa was its biggest benefit. Walking distance from the main train station, and very accessible to all that the old city of Genoa has to offer. Plenty of food options close by, as well as the funicular to the surrounding areas. The quirky retro feel of the hotel with original art was a pleasant surprise. It was extremely clean and all staff/owners very polite and helpful.
