  The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our Italian is poor and their English is great. The room is smallish but adequate. Shower was tiny but typical for Europe and worked well. Refrigerator in room, safe in closet, modern and clean furnishings and bath. Air conditioning was not supposed to be available until later in the year but it was v... wat mensen zeggen » ery hot one day so air was turned on and it was wonderful. One computer in their internet area, but WiFi free and worked well. Breakfast was perfect. - My arrival from Rome Leonardo da Vinci airport to downtown via airport express is within 5 mins walk to Alberdeen! Very good location within walking distant to Metro n branded shopping! The Wifi is very High speed! Excellent service From Mr.Coastal the receptionist who gave guidance to value restaurants - direction to sightseeing + how to go about from Aberdeen!!i will return to Aberdeen for the great Location in Time!!!i saved taxi fare due to the great service of the hotel 3 receptionist!!

  Peter was so helpful and friendly. He printed bus maps for us and was a wealth of information. He spoke French and English which worked for us. The location is very convenient and quiet with our balcony looking over the courtyard. A little out of the center but the bus is just minutes away. Great restaurants around so after a 10 hour day in the he... wat mensen zeggen » art of the city, it was nice to refresh at the hotel and walk 5 minutes to great, affordable restaurants. The room was cleaned everyday. The a/c worke - Very good location, you can use the bus lines and go easily everywhere in the center of Rome and to the Vatican City. Mr Peter helped us to use the buses. The owner and the staff are very helpfull and kind. The family room is big enough for 4, beautifull decorated and very clean. The area is quiet and safe with a tobacco store in front of the building where you can buy tickets, and markets, restaurants and cafeterias around.   I wanted to rate this apartohotel excellent plus plus but that feature is not available for selction in the site.We had an wonderful stay...excellent room,excellent staff including mr alfred and mr shahbaz,excellent taxi services ..They are always at your help..it is like staying in your home with an extremely helpful neighbour which is rare today... wat mensen zeggen » ...we dropped our keys inside the keyhole and door got locked..they immmediately helped us out with technical staff..when we reached rome there wasa - Very impressed. Large apartment with two large bedrooms (one large double and one twin), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies. Four TVs(!). Good heating. Aircon units in the rooms but we didn't need those. Everything you need is in the apartments including a lovely basket of teas, jams etc. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even walking with us to the local shop to buy bus tickets.   The location is near the train station and the shopping areas, with walking distance to the Colosseum and Forum. The owner is super kind, I spent over 20 days travel around Europe with heavy baggage, only this guy came out and help my wife to bring the luggage upstairs. He did the samething to offer his help to bring down all our luggag - Right from the moment of the initial, the team at Matisse couldnt have been more helpful and professional. Roberto, the owner, was charming. The relaxed atmosphere was welcome after a long day travelling. His restaurant recommendation was perfect. Although they were fully booked on our last pass thru Rome, the staff once again went above and beyond by helping us find alternate accommations in their neighbourhood. We will definetly stay here again and highly recommend BB Matisse! Many thank
