This is a very nice, very modern apartment. The land lady lives on the floor above and was very helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and shares the floor with a lawyer's office. It is one block from the bus stop from Florence and a 10 minute walk from the Campo and a very nice grocery store. I would definitely stay here again. -

The apartment that we had had two double rooms, a shared bathroom (with
shower rather than bath) and a well fitted kitchen/diner. The diner
had a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine - all of
high quality. Only one of the bedrooms had a window with a view - the
other rooms had remotely controlled velux windows in the sloping
ceiling

We enjoyed everything at the apartment, the view was amazing and the
apartment was well equipped and very clean.
We were welcomed by Roberta, a colleague to Ennio, who was SO nice and wonderful. She had stayed up way after midnight to let us in,
and she was so kind a funny to talk to.
The steps up to the place is of course hard, but what do you expect when renting a place on 4th floor – just enjoy the old building!

The location is very central, around the corner from the Duomo and minutes from the Campo square. Lots of cafes, restaurants and stores nearby in the quaint small streets.
Staff of the 4 partners extremely helpful with restaurant, travel and general information. Helped arrange our train schedule.

The B&B Duomo is perhaps the best place that I have ever stayed in
Siena - pure magic. The staff and support you receive (including help
with parking your vehicle in the medieval city of Siena) was a godsend.
We had the apartment with the twin beds with full use of the courtyard,
Apt 3 across from their reception area. Perfect accommodations, clean,
quiet, and reasonable. The young folk operating the B&B Duomo (not
to be confused with the B&B Duomo Hotel in the same entrance area)

It's a brand new place furnished with exceptional taste. Charming old villa with a large beautiful garden at the guest's disposal. Superb breakfast, and great location. Everything was lovely. Rooms were spacious, and shared bathroom was large and modern. Only 3 rooms in the villa means not a lot of people going in and out. Our hostess was very enthusiastic and helpful and served us breakfast in the garden. We loved the location just outside the city walls but only 10 mins. walk.
