  We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and Catherina walked us to our room in a separate building. She was gracious and friendly and prepared to answer questions we hadn't even thought to ask. Our view of the lively piazza was outstanding. We enjoyed the street musicians from morning til night, yet the sound-proof windows allowed us to sleepy sou... wat mensen zeggen » ndly. The decor was also charming, and we appreciated the availability of tea, coffee, and biscotti 24/7. Wifi was also very reliable. A unique highli - Beautiful contemporary design, fabulous service, incredible location, artsy and intimate....what a find. Claudio, Roberta and Sylvia were amazing, they recommended exceptional restaurants, organized tours and taxis and guided you to the must see sites. Free coffee/tea/treats throughout the day...dishware/glassware available to use in room. Fantastic café around the corner with very generous breakfast included. I would highly recommend this B & B to all.

  First of Florence is the perfect place to stay if you want a spotless, beautifully decorated, "wow" factor, furnished small apartment. Our apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location is five minutes walk to the Duomo, and the Academy museum is almost around the corner. I highly recommend this hotel.   The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in Florence for more than just a night and wants a comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings. - Very friendly staff and eager to help.
